Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone. Anyone willing to learn will benefit from regular practice: Men, women, children, teens and older adults.

Prospect Students: Bring comfortable shorts and t-shirt. We will lend you a clean Gi/Kimono, the traditional uniform, in order to take the class.  

Visitors and regular students:

GI Classes: Please - WHITE GI ONLY.

NO GI Classes: Black shorts, rash guard or t-shirt (all Black)

NHB Classes: Black shorts, rash guard or t-shirt (preferably black). Gloves (4OZ and/or 7OZ) and mouthpiece are required. Additional protective gear is recommended.

Boys/Men: Use of underwear is mandatory. Tight underwear or compression shorts are mandatory when wearing board shorts. Cup is recommended.

Girls/Women: Use of t-shirt/rash guard, sports bra and underwear is mandatory. Use of shorts under Gi/Kimono pants is recommended.

Our youth programs focus on children ages 4 and up. Professor Adiv and our instructors bring the best of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu instruction to the children in a way that they will easily comprehend. We encourage parents to bring their children to watch and take advantage of our free trial week. Usually if the child enjoys the class s/he is ready to start learning.

Yes! Our doors are always opened for our students and friends worldwide. All visitors are welcomed with respect and friendship by all our students and instructors.

A reasonable visitor's fee is applied per class taken. Please inquire.
