Professor Royler Gracie and Professor Adiv would like to congratulate and thank all students and representatives who made of our "RGDA International Championships 2009" a great success. Several RGDA Competition Team Members came to our representative school, Elite Martial Arts in Morganville/NJ, to contributed for an excellent display of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu skills and sportsmanship. All teams and fighters fought very hard. Everyone gave out their best in a very technical and humane show beyond our expectations.

We apologize to some of the participants who had to fight in different divisions and not their own. Despite the disadvantage of belt, age or weight, they had the courage to fight and put on a great show. Wining or losing every fight was good. It means that both fighters fought their best, therefore it qualifies as a good fight. It just happens that someone wins and the other doesn't. We encourage everyone to continue training smart and to come back to fight again.

Among our affiliated academies we had the presence of athletes and instructors from: Bill Steven's Karate, Dragon's Den MMA, Elijah BJJ, Elite Martial Arts, Gracie New Jersey Academy, Gracie PA, Lancaster Family Martial Arts Center, Mrkulic BJJ, Performance BJJ,and RGDA Ephrata.

We are looking forward to gather again! Stay focused and keep working hard. Only together we can make each other grow and excel!

Registration is officially opened for the "RGDA International Championships 2009". All RGDA Affiliated schools are invited. Adults, masters, seniors, kids, teens, men and women divisions. Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places. Prizes for most technical fighters in each belt division.

When: Sunday, November 22nd, 2009

Start: Weigh-ins/check in at 9:30am - Matches 10:30am

Location: Elite Martial Arts/ RGDA Morganville NJ

Adults, Master & Seniors: only US$49.95

Youth and Teens: only US$34.95

At the door on event's day:

Rules and Regulations:

We expect to have a day of great sportsmanship to celebrate the RGDA coming together and the Jiu-Jitsu that we all train so hard for every day. Therefore we count on everyone's respectful conduct and proper utilization of the venue holding the event.  

The tournament will follow the "International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation" rules.
